HEAD OF PARTS AND COMPONENTS WAREHOUSE

PROFILE

At least three years’ experience in coordinating warehouse teams and in logistics and stock management in the parts area;
Good knowledge of mechanics and/or mechanical components applicable to the industrial machinery sector or similar.
Solid knowledge of the identification of parts and components in constituent organs and systems of machines or similar, through specific computer systems – preferred.
Leadership skills and motivational attitude towards working groups;
High school education (preferred).
Good knowledge of computer technology.
Good knowledge of English.
A love and appetite for commercial activity and contact with the public;
Ease of communication and negotiation.
High sense of responsibility, rigor and organization.
Aptitude for working to objectives with a focus on results and the customer.
Ability to problem solve and work in dynamic and stressful environments;
Proactivity, dynamism and autonomy.
Driving License
Residence in the area

FUNCTION

The employee will lead the team in the warehouse.
You will be the guarantor of processes and routines linked to the operational strategy of the parts business, driving results.
Responsibility includes meeting sales and collection targets as well as approving purchases and sales budgets.
You will also promote business development and improve customer satisfaction levels.
